A Winner of The Delaware Valley Top Workplaces 2019 Award


Audubon, PA, April 23rd, 2019 – High Availability, Inc. has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Philadelphia Inquirer. High Availability, Inc. was ranked #29 in the “Small Companies” category, which recognizes organizations with less than 150 employees. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. 

To be eligible for this prestigious designation, all nominated organizations must participate in a company-wide survey facilitated by Energage, a leading research firm focused on company culture and workplace improvement.  With over 47,000 organizations surveyed since 2006, Energage is the most trusted solution for empowering organizations to work better together.

The Energage survey consists of four main factors; alignment, effectiveness, connection, and management. Alignment focuses on the direction and ethics of the organization, effectiveness assesses overall corporate communication and project execution, connection evaluates employee appreciation and job potential, and, lastly, the manager section reviews the employee’s manager and corporate leadership.
